What To Bring
  • Cloth mask (see below)

  • Snacks

  • Water Bottle (water fountains are closed)

  • Device to participate in distance learning

  • Headset with microphone (Groups will have kids from different classrooms and multiple kids may be speaking at once)

  • Good shoes to play in and go for local adventures!

Masks
  • All children (and staff) are required to wear cloth masks unless instructed by a medical professional

  • Cloth masks are best here. Disposable masks break frequently, and 'gators' or 'tube scarves' tend to slip off of faces.

  • If your child has not worn a mask for extended periods, it may be good to practice and check for a secure, long-lasting fit in the comfort of your home.

Registration Process

We design our pod groups in a way that best serves the kids and their families.

  • Groups will, to the best of our ability, be created with kids from the same district to ensure they have the same break and lunch schedules. This makes it easier to ensure kids are online at the right times, and will allow the pod to leave the room on breaks and at lunch to go have fun!

  • We will, to the best of our ability, create groups with kids of similar ages.

  • To achieve this, we have created the following registration process:

Refund Policy

Due to our commitments for staffing and facilities, if you cancel for any reason a refund will only be given if a replacement can be found for your spot. No refund or credit is given for student absences (including sick days). You will receive a full refund if a camp is cancelled or students go back to school.

What if my child is sick?
  • we recommend you take your child's temperature before you leave the house

  • A screening will occur at drop-off, if child has symptoms they will be asked to stay at home

  • If a child has symptoms of covid-19 (more details here) or has been in contact with someone who has displayed symptoms they will be required to be tested before returning to camp.

  • If a child has a fever of 100°F or higher they will need a negative test and be without fever for 48 hours to return to camp.
