Andrew Frierson grew up in Mill Valley. In 1994 he led the Redwood Giants to the MCAL league championship, pitching a perfect game along the way and earning the IJ’s Athlete of the Year award. Andrew went on to the University of Arizona, was drafted by the Montreal Expos and played three seasons in professional baseball. Returning to Marin, Andrew served as Director of Youth Activities at St. Hilary, Tiburon. He was varsity baseball coach at Tamalpais High. Andrew has taught at Bacich in Kentfield and Edna Maguire in Mill Valley.
AndrewsCamps is now in its 11th year of providing programs for families and youth in Marin.
